Terms and Conditions for MySafari

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MySafari bus booking service, including our mobile application and website. By accessing or using the service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

Service Description
MySafari provides users with the ability to book bus tickets for travel within Tanzania and to other East African countries. Our platform also allows users to book special hire buses. The service is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

User Account and Registration
To use certain features of the MySafari service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update your account details as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Booking Process
By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, including but not limited to your travel dates, destination, and the number of passengers. You must also provide valid contact information, including an email address and phone number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Payment
Payment for your booking must be completed in advance using one of the payment methods provided within the service. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, mobile money, and bank transfers. By providing payment information, you authorize us to process payments in accordance with your booking. Any payment processing fees (if applicable) will be disclosed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking. Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, which may vary based on the service provider and type of booking.

Changes to Bookings
To request changes to an existing booking (e.g., travel dates, destination, number of passengers), you must contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we do not guarantee that changes can be made, particularly if availability is limited. Additional charges may apply for changes.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only and to avoid engaging in any activity that could harm the service or its users, including but not limited to:

  • Providing false or misleading information during the booking process.
  • Attempting to interfere with the security, functionality, or performance of the service.
  • Using the service to engage in any illegal activities.
  • Reverse engineering or decompiling the app, website, or any part of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account if we suspect misuse or violation of these Terms.

Liability
The MySafari service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial losses.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySafari, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Privacy and Data Collection

The service may require certain permissions on your device (e.g., access to location services) to function properly, which will be disclosed upon installation and use. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Tanzania.
